Overview
VBC is seeking individuals who are hard working, enthusiastic, customer focused and team players to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for pouring our guest tasty craft beers, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about drink selections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Participate in promotional events or sales initiatives to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, restaurant, or banquet setting is preferred. .
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
