Client Support Representative Responsibilities
- Assist business clients with account enrollment, account updates, and wireless service sales support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and excellent customer service
- Develop knowledge of wireless products, service plans, and business solutions to effectively support client sales needs
- Support customer retention efforts by ensuring client satisfaction and resolving concerns in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that align with client goals

Client Support Representative Qualifications
