This is a full-time position. Work schedule is Monday--Friday, 8:00am--4:30pm, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs. Please note, this is not a remote position.

- Support clients in identifying and achieving employment goals through person-centered planning
- Build strong relationships with employers to create inclusive job opportunities
- Coach clients in work readiness, social, and self-advocacy skills
- Facilitate referrals, intakes, and vocational assessments
- Support job starts with on-site training for clients and employers
- Collaborate with families, educators, funders, and community partners
- Full salary range for this position is $26.50 - $31.25 per hour. **Upper end of the range allows for growth over time.**
