Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of human resources management including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with organizational goals.
• Manage employee orientation and training & development programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment laws while managing workers' compensation claims.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle HCM for efficient data management and reporting.
• Conduct data analysis to inform strategic planning and process improvement efforts within the HR function.
• Facilitate conflict management processes to resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design organizational structures that support business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in program management and strategic planning within an HR context.
• Familiarity with various HR software such as Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian or similar systems.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on data collection and analysis for decision-making purposes.
