Automotive Customer Care Center Representative opportunity at Vaden in Savannah, GA! As a key member of Vaden's team, you will drive customer engagement, lead sales activities, and support a high-performing Service BDC sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Drive daily performance and productivity of the Service BDC sales team
• Lead customer outreach, follow-up, and appointment setting by example
• Coach and motivate team members to meet individual and team goals
• Monitor leads and ensure timely, consistent follow-up across phone, email, text, and digital channels
• Convert internet and phone leads into qualified dealership appointments
• Track appointment activity, show rates, lead response, and key performance metrics
• Identify ways to boost customer engagement and sales results
• Assist team members with difficult customer conversations and lead follow-up
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer information in dealership systems
• Collaborate with dealership sales teams and management to ensure smooth customer opportunity hand-offs
• Maintain accountability, consistency, and a positive team environment
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to improve team performance
• Support Customer Care Center (CCC) leadership with special projects and initiatives

• Previous automotive service advisor, BDC, sales, parts, or customer service experience is required
• Leadership, coaching, or team lead experience preferred
• Strong sales-driven and customer service mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate and hold team members accountable
• Comfortable working with performance goals and metrics
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with multiple systems, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
