TITLE: HVAC PRODUCT MANAGER (Private Label)
STATUS: EXEMPT

VAD is currently seeking an HVAC Product Manager to lead the U.S. strategy for our private-brand product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategies, assortments, and roadmaps based on customer needs and HVAC market trends.
- Work with North American Product Management and Supply Chain on product planning and inventory needs.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to launch and grow the private label brand.
- Train sales teams and dealers on product features, applications, and positioning.
- Create and support product presentations, sales guides, catalogs, and other marketing materials.
- Track competing products and provide input on pricing, features, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and teams throughout the business.
- Travel occasionally to U.S. locations to support customers and sales teams, and to Canada to meet with the Product team.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant HVAC industry experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC products, controls, and applications.
- Experience with product management, product launches, or bringing HVAC products to market.
- Ability to work across sales, supply chain, marketing, and product teams while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products to both sales teams and customers.
- A customer-focused approach and a solid understanding of the U.S. HVAC market.
- Experience working with Asian suppliers is a plus!
