About This Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk Role
In this Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk position, you'll become a key part of our financial operations, moving seamlessly between accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting tasks. Your days will include creating and posting invoices, applying payments, resolving discrepancies, processing vendor invoices, matching purchase orders, assisting with weekly check runs, reconciling statements, preparing sales tax returns, supporting the month‑end close, and contributing to audits and special projects.
