Key Job Functions:
Responsibilities within this position will include:
- Develop an understanding of our inventory, business model, key opportunities, and biggest challenges.
- Strengthen and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and engage with new/prospective customers through both telephone and in-person sales calls.
- Manage pre-call planning, document post-call notes and execute follow-up actions effectively.
- Articulate our value proposition effectively to both existing customers and future customers.
- Ability to travel in a wide region, focusing on specialized construction projects.
- Ability to travel to other regions, corporate offices, trade shows, etc. as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes is essential.
- Must be highly motivated and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to plan effective and efficient sales trips.
- Must represent PERCO in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated sales proficiency and exceptional customer relationship management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, effective with both individuals and groups.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
