Trademark Docket Administrator

Hybrid | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Established professional services organization is seeking a Trademark Docket Administrator to support domestic and international intellectual property matters. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate docket records, tracking critical deadlines, coordinating with outside counsel, and supporting trademark portfolio management activities.

• Review and process correspondence from domestic and international intellectual property offices.
• Maintain and update trademark, domain name, copyright, and related records within a docketing system.
• Track deadlines and generate reports, reminders, and portfolio updates.
• Support trademark portfolio onboarding, data migration, and quality control reviews.
• Monitor trademark maintenance and renewal deadlines.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel regarding filings, documentation, and procedural requirements.
• Process ownership changes, assignments, mergers, and name changes.
• Conduct research using trademark databases and related resources.
• Assist with trademark watch notices, due diligence projects, and portfolio audits.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals as needed.
  
  

• 4-6 years of trademark docketing experience.
• Experience working in a law firm or legal environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international trademark procedures.
• Experience with docketing software such as CPI or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
