Job Requirements
This is a temporary, full-time position as a Temporary HR/Office Manager to cover an upcoming maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and providing support for benefits administration.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, including job details, pay rates, and reporting structure.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and reviewing applications.
- Provide support for benefits administration and open enrollment.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and company-wide HR communications.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A strong background in HR or office administration.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for invoice and data management.
