Key Responsibilities: Advisory & Client Partnership
- Establish authority on revenue management and pricing strategy to build trust and long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Advise clients on utilizing analytical tools to refine pricing decisions and optimize day-to-day operational workflows.
- Convert data insights into practical action, helping clients weigh trade-offs and execute effective leasing strategies.
Product Development & Strategy
- Aggregate and refine client input, transforming observations into precise, executable requirements for technical teams.
- Influence the product roadmap by ensuring feature development stays grounded in the functional realities of revenue management.
- Guide the evolution of the software suite by identifying emerging industry needs and systemic trends across the user base.
Implementation & Operational Scaling
- Manage the full client lifecycle, from initial configuration through to long-term feature adoption.
- Standardize essential processes by creating documentation, training modules, and playbooks that support efficient, scalable rollouts.
- Proactively manage risk by identifying implementation blockers early, resolving technical hurdles, and ensuring high standards for ongoing client success.
Requirements
- Industry Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or asset performance roles within multifamily, real estate, or related sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level understanding of the factors that shape pricing, including demand-side data, occupancy constraints, and the decision-making logic behind rent setting.
- Client Advisory Skills: Proven success in delivering guidance to clients.
