The RealPage Data & Systems Analyst is responsible for reviewing, supporting, and implementing new processes and modules within OneSite Accounting. This role requires a strong understanding of the platform and how interconnected modules, such as Leasing and Rents, influence financial reporting. The administrator also serves as the primary point of contact with RealPage for accounting-related system support.

Qualifications:
- At least two years of hands-on experience with RealPage software
- Solid foundation in accounting principles and practices
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to system updates and changes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate RealPage system updates related to accounting; partner with internal teams to implement enhancements and deliver user training
- Design, maintain, and improve financial reporting, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, while developing additional reports as needed
- Analyze AP and AR workflows to identify process improvements and apply RealPage best practices
- Recommend and assist in deploying new system modules in alignment with leadership objectives
- Act as the main point of contact with RealPage for troubleshooting and resolving accounting and treasury-related system issues
- Perform testing on new features and evaluate their impact on current processes
- Lead the setup and onboarding of new properties within the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide support for special projects as directed by the CFO
Salary : $75,000
