Office Assistant (Temporary Project)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (100% Onsite)
Duration: Temporary - Immediate Start
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support a short-term project in a fast-paced office environment. This role will assist both Accounting and HR teams with critical document management and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan Accounts Payable documents and accurately rename/file them into appropriate folders (invoices, checks, etc.)
- Organize paper invoices for processing and payment
- Prepare AP checks for mailing
- Assist with organizing and digitizing approximately 1.5 years of HR documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic)
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Work closely with the Accounting Manager and CFO, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently once trained
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently after initial training
- Prior administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
