Network Operations Engineer

Overview

Provide advanced technical support for enterprise network environments, focusing on troubleshooting, incident resolution, network reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex network, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Serve as a technical escalation point during major incidents.
• Monitor network health, alerts, and service performance.
• Execute approved network changes and maintenance activities.
• Support root cause analysis and prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and improve operational procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with shift leadership.

Requirements

• 5 years of network operations or network engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud connectivity.
• Experience with monitoring, ticketing, and troubleshooting tools.
• Understanding of incident management and service-level agreements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.
