What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Biller position at Vaco by Highspring?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Manufacturing Billerto manage and support our billing platform. This role is responsible for setting up new client accounts, maintaining user access, troubleshooting portal issues, and ensuring accurate and timely billing documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident communicating with both internal teams and external customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain user accounts in the billing portal, including onboarding, permissions, and access changes
Monitor billing submissions and escalate discrepancies or system issues as needed
Support customers and internal teams with portal navigation, troubleshooting, and billing documentation needs
Ensure accurate and timely upload and processing of invoices, statements, and billing data
Collaborate with IT and accounting teams to resolve system and data issues
Maintain and update portal settings, templates, and configurations
Track portal performance, reporting issues and recommending improvements
Train internal users and external clients on portal functionality and best practices
Maintain accurate documentation for processes, FAQs, and user guides
1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, customer support, or related role
Experience with billing systems or client portals preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical and user issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other office applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Experience with ERP or CRM platforms
Basic knowledge of billing workflows, AR processes, or financial data management
Process improvement mindset and willingness to recommend system efficiencies

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
