Overview

Seeking an experienced IT professional to provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and support day-to-day technology operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support end users across devices, applications, and business systems
• Manage support requests and resolve technical problems
• Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and equipment setup
• Maintain documentation, inventory records, and support processes
• Provide guidance on technical issues and best practices

Requirements

• 3 years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting business applications and technology environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise systems, user administration, or cloud technologies
• Technical certifications or equivalent experience

Additional Details

• Occasional travel may be required
• Participation in an on-call rotation as needed
