Growing organization seeking a hands-on IT professional to manage day-to-day infrastructure, networking, systems support, and end-user technology in a lean IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Support IT operations, networking, and infrastructure
- Manage cloud collaboration tools and device administration
- Handle user access, security, and system troubleshooting
- Support conferencing technologies and vendor coordination
- Provide hands-on desktop and technical support
Qualifications
- 5 years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with cloud productivity platforms, endpoint management, and access/security administration
- Ability to work independently in a high-visibility environment
