Inside Sales Representative:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible forgenerating new business opportunities anddeveloping and maintaining customer relationships.
Identify new sales opportunities and proactively generate leads through warm leads andoutbound prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual communication.
Requirements:
2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and achieving or exceeding sales goals in a business-to-business (B2B) or customer-facing environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, present solutions, negotiate effectively, and provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and virtual interactions.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemto manage customer accounts, track sales activities, maintain accurate records, monitor opportunities, forecast pipeline activity, and support overall sales performance

$45,000- $90,000/year

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
