Compensation: $27-$34/hr
A rapidly growing construction and trades company is seeking a Bilingual HR Onboarding Specialist to support a high-volume hiring environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and company requirements.
Responsibilities- Manage the onboarding process for new hires from start to finish
- Process and audit I-9s and employment documentation
- Conduct new hire orientations in English and Spanish
- Create and maintain employee records within ADP Workforce Now
- Coordinate onboarding activities with HR, payroll, recruiting, and hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with onboarding and employment requirements
- Maintain accurate records and onboarding reports
- Support onboarding audits and HR projects as needed
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- 5 years of onboarding, HR administration, or related experience
- Strong knowledge of I-9 administration and HR compliance
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (10-20 hires per week)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
