Finance Manager - Manufacturing
Location: Park Ridge, NJ (Onsite)
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join a growing manufacturing organization in Park Ridge, NJ. This role will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the business, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end reporting and provide actionable financial insights to support business performance
- Drive monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Partner with operations and leadership to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, modeling, and reporting as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall efficiency within Finance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience with progressive responsibility
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (Power BI and Microsoft D365 a plus)
- Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to influence decision-making
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across departments
