Customer Service Rep

In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the Outside Sales team by delivering exceptional customer support and helping drive overall business objectives within your assigned territory. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Manage the full order lifecycle from quote to cash, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers
• Investigate and resolve customer discrepancy claims and material return requests
• Partner with Planning and Manufacturing teams to manage backorders and provide accurate lead time and shipping updates
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies identified during order processing
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email while coordinating with departments including Transportation & Distribution, Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support, Sales, Planning, and Finance to ensure timely resolution
• Utilize Salesforce.com CRM to track and respond to customer inquiries and support requests
