What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Account, Billing Analyst position at Vaco by Highspring?
Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:
- Customers are passed due, figure out why they are pass due
- Sending statements in excel, provide update on payment status
- Any issues with invoice - shipment, pricing issue, etc.
- Figuring out why customers aren't paying
- Issue with invoice, shipping issue, etc.
- Provide any details they are looking for - credit memo, proof of delivery, etc.
- A lot of investigation
- Try to resolve open items that are causing orders to hit a credit management hold.
- Running through credit holds. Why are they hitting the hold.
- Soft B2B collections
- 1-3 years of AR/collections experience
- Knowledgeable w/ Excel (v-look ups, pivot tables)
- Customer Service and analytical skills
- Problem solving skills

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
