The CRM Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining CRM functionality, ensuring data quality, and supporting users across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Support marketing automation initiatives through ClickDimensions.
- Clean, validate, and manage CRM data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain records, fields, forms, workflows, and system configurations.
- Audit CRM workflows and processes to ensure ongoing functionality and efficiency.
- Provide training and onboarding support to new CRM users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM capabilities align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM platform.
- Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and database structures.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accurate and reliable data.
- Interest in expanding knowledge of CRM strategy and marketing analytics.
