- Resolve complex technical issues and support ongoing enhancements
- 7 years of software development experience with technical leadership
- Experience leading engineering teams and enterprise application projects
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, databases, and web technologies
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cloud-based applications and system integrations
- Background supporting high-volume business platforms
- Experience leading distributed or remote development teams
