Pay:$21 - $23/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk for our client in Orlando, FL. Please apply today if you have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and match them to purchase orders and receipts.
- Experience reconciling credit card statements
- 5 years of AP experience with experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience with Oracle software
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and discrepancies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting preferred.
- 5 years of accounts payable or related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
