A leading entertainment company is seeking an Accounting Admin to support a busy Trust Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for anearly-career professional looking to gain experience in accounting operations within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable handling administrative and accounting-related responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Process and upload incoming checks and payments
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Assist with check and wire processing activities
- Track payments and respond to internal inquiries
- Support the collection and distribution of tax documents, including W-9s
- Onboard clients, managers, and attorneys into internal systems
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with process improvement projects and administrative tasks
- Provide general support to the Trust Accounting team
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interest in accounting, finance, or business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
