What You’ll Do
- Take full control of the customer experience from first contact to delivery
- Build trust quickly with a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking clients
- Guide customers confidently through the buying process
- Follow a proven sales system while bringing your own closing style
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
- Generate repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven automotive sales experience (required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong closing skills—you ask for the deal and win it
- Competitive mindset with high personal accountability

Compensation
$125,000 – $225,000 (top performers earn more)
