What are the responsibilities and job description for the Craft Beer Merchandiser - Part Time Seasonal position at Vacationland Distributors - Maine?
We're looking for a hard-working, independent person to join our team!
This is a WEEKEND, part-time seasonal position (May-September). The ideal candidate will be available to work from Friday through Monday, though some scheduling flexibility is offered. Availability on Sundays is required. There is potential for this part-time position to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate; however, at this time, only part-time hours are being offered.

About You:
- Must be self-motivated with an ability to work independently
- Must have the ability to quickly build strong and effective working relationships with our customers, partners and co-workers
- Must be dependable and have a positive attitude
- Beer is heavy - applicants should be able to safely lift and carry cases of beer and wine
- Have a driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Team focused mentality
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Passionately and authentically represent our brands, products and company culture
- Drive around the state in a COMPANY VEHICLE, servicing grocery stores and select independent accounts
- Stock shelves and coolers with product delivered by driver and manage backroom storage areas
- Review code dates when stocking beer and rotate product as required
- Enhance the appearance of all Vacationland products by pulling merchandise forward on shelves and facing labels to the front
- Work with our supplier partners to promote their products
- Become a trusted member of our Vacationland team
