Perdido Realty is a locally owned and operated luxury vacation rental company dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality to our property owners and guests. Our operations are centralized in Perdido Key to ensure quality service and responsiveness. We are looking to hire a full-time Owner Relations Manager who is proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about nurturing relationships.
The Owner Relations Manager will be a key team member responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our property owners. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Identify and pursue new owner acquisition opportunities
- Collaborate with Owners and Property Managers during the on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve owner satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate with owners before and after owner reservations.
- Regularly meet with property owners based on the owner's preferred communication method.
Proactively communicate with owners regarding property condition, performance, and revenue management.
Property Condition, Upkeep and Upgrades:
- Perform property inspections.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager regarding maintenance, condition, and inspection.
- Communicate with owners regularly about property conditions and required upkeep.
- Analyze property performance data to identify potential upgrades to enhance property value, increase rental income, and improve guest satisfaction.
- Assist owners in selecting contractors and overseeing renovation projects.
- Source and replacement quotes for owners of necessary items or potential upgrades (i.e., furniture, appliances, etc.).
- Use of company purchasing methods to fulfill approved replacement quotes.
- Communicate with owners throughout the upgrade process, informing them of progress and addressing concerns.
Performance and Revenue Management:
- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to owners.
- Review and approve owner statements.
- Analyze property performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of current market trends and external pressures.
Potential for after-hour owner communication.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in property management or hospitality.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, property management software, and CRM management.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Physical Requirements
- May be required to stand for long periods.
- The employee must be able to raise objects from a lower to a higher position or move objects horizontally from position to position.
- Employees must have close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, view a computer terminal, and read extensively.
Special Requirements:
- Valid driving license with a good driving record and reliable transportation. Valid auto insurance is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50, $55,000.00 per year
