$150 Per Turnover $15 Quality Bonus | Up to $165/Clean

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable local Airbnb/Vrbo cleaner for a well-maintained 2BR/2BA, approximately 960 sq. ft. beach condo in Destin.

Ideal for an independent cleaner or small local team already servicing STR properties nearby and looking to add one organized, high-occupancy property to their regular route.

Pay

$150 per completed turnover, including normal linen/towel laundry
$15 quality bonus per qualifying turnover

Completed turnovers are paid weekly every Monday.

Quality bonuses are totaled for the prior month and paid on the 1st of each month.

The $15 bonus is earned when the required Turno checklist/videos are completed, the condo meets our cleaning standards, and there is no verified cleaning-related guest issue attributable to that turnover.

The $150 turnover rate includes normal cleaning, laundry, your cleaning supplies/equipment, travel, mileage, and tolls.

Guest toiletries, consumables, and designated restocking supplies are provided by the host.

Schedule

Guest checkout is 11:00 AM and check-in is 4:00 PM.

Most reservations are back-to-back, so the condo must be completely cleaned, reset, inspected, and guest-ready by 4 PM.

Turnovers may occur any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and we occasionally have one-night stays.

Cleaning dates are based on reservations and seasonality; a specific number of cleans is not guaranteed.

Linen & Laundry Rotation

We provide two complete linen sets for rotation.

A clean set is used for the current turnover while the used set is washed, dried, folded, and made ready for the next BTB turnover.

We intentionally do not keep excess linen inventory in the condo, so maintaining the two-set rotation is an important part of this position.

Each Turnover Includes

• Complete 2BR/2BA turnover cleaning
• Strip and remake used beds
• Wash, dry, fold, and rotate linens/towels
• Thorough bathroom and kitchen cleaning
• Clean appliances, counters, sinks, floors, and guest areas
• Move minimal décor and dust underneath during every clean
• Restock host-provided guest supplies
• Reset balcony/storage areas as needed
• Check for and report damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns
• Leave the entire condo fully staged and guest-ready

Normal STR conditions such as sand, hair, dishes, ordinary trash, and used linens/towels are included in the standard turnover rate.

If a guest leaves the condo in a genuinely excessive condition requiring substantial additional work, it should be documented and reported separately.

Turno Required Videos

We use Turno for scheduling, checklists, and communication.

Every turnover requires:

• Arrival/check-in video
• Completed Turno checklist
• Full completion video after everything is finished and before leaving

You Provide

• Professional cleaning supplies and equipment
• Vacuum and mop
• Smartphone
• Own reliable vehicle and transportation

Reliability Backup

Because most turns are BTB, reliability is extremely important.

Please tell us your backup plan if you are unexpectedly unavailable and whether that person has STR cleaning experience.

Any substitute must be disclosed and approved before accessing the property.
