About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable Part-Time Fulfillment Specialist to support the behind-the-scenes product operations that keep Vacation Races moving.
This role sits somewhere between retail back-of-house, e-commerce fulfillment, and event merchandise operations. One day might involve packing athlete orders and organizing inventory, while another could have you prepping merchandise for race weekends, receiving shipments, or helping keep our warehouse running clean and efficient through peak season chaos.

What You'll Be Doing
- Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise and swag shipments
- Prepare merchandise and swag for race weekends and event shipments
- Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts
- Support product labeling, sorting, folding, and merchandising prep
- Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse and storage space
- Adapt to shifting priorities and increased workload during peak event windows
- Support general product and fulfillment operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail — you notice when something's off and you fix it
- Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
- Comfortable on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the day
- Adaptable — you can shift gears when the workload spikes and take it in stride
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump into different tasks
- Retail, fulfillment, or back-of-house experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Shopify and/or ShippingEasy is a plus, but not required
- A love for the outdoors, trail running, or bucket-list destinations is a genuine bonus — we're a team that lives this stuff
Position Details
- Part-time, hourly — reports to the Warehouse Manager
- In person, on-site position
- Must be based in Hurricane, UT with a reliable form of transportation
- Hours vary by season — minimum of 10 hrs/week during slower periods; peak months (February, mid-April through May, August through early October) typically range 15–20 hrs/week, up to 30 hrs max
- Flexible scheduling is a perk of this role — peak periods align with the race calendar and are planned in advance, so you'll always know what's coming!
- Occasional evenings or weekends may be requested during busy stretches, though this is not a regular expectation
