Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Connect with buyers, understand their goals, and guide them through the home-buying process
- Meet clients, schedule/show homes, and host open houses
- Assist with financing, budgeting, and decision-making
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to closing
- Follow up with leads and build relationships in the community
- Use CRM systems to track leads and client progress
- Prospect and generate seller leads through networking and outreach
- Conduct listing appointments and prepare pricing and market analysis
- List homes and coordinate marketing, photography, staging, and promotion
- Negotiate offers and guide sellers through closing
Team Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with team members to share strategies and opportunities
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and partners
- Stay informed on Marco Island and surrounding market trends
