Are you experienced in property management or hospitality? We're looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Property Maintenance Coordinator!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections to ensure everything is in excellent condition.
Oversee home projects and coordinate repairs for wear and tear.
Work closely with vendors to handle any damage or maintenance issues.
Maintain accurate damage reports and documentation.
Handle check-ins and check-outs for properties.
Assist the team in managing daily operations.
Show properties to potential guests or tenants.
Troubleshoot and manage smart home technology, including TVs, internet, and other smart systems.
Requirements:
Experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with vendors and handle maintenance tasks efficiently.
Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of smart home devices and systems.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
