Meredith Lodging Central Oregon, LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our team in the Pacific City. The preferred candidate must be willing to relocate to the Pacific City, OR area.
The Property Manager role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping and maintenance across a portfolio of vacation rental properties. Success in this position requires the ability to build strong relationships, maintain high operational standards, and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for guests and owners. Key responsibilities include managing laundry services, supervising housekeeping and maintenance staff, coordinating supply ordering, scheduling cleanings, handling routine and emergency maintenance issues, and collaborating with internal departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Managing team members schedules
- Managing vendor schedules if applicable
- Maintaining high cleaning and maintenance standards
- Help resolve issues with guests concerns & complaints regarding maintenance and housekeeping
- Creating plans to keep the properties in excellent shape
- Manage work order system to ensure home are maintained and in working order
Who You Are:
- Must be willing to relocate to the Pacific City area
- Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) preferred with our diverse workforce
- Organized and detail oriented – takes the time to ensure the job is completed and correct
- Capable of managing multiple competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency
- Auditing - willing to audit and be audited
- Communication – able to effectively communicate with homeowners and staff
