What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inspector (Part-Time) position at Vacation HR?
Job Description
We are looking for a fast paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties. In this role, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards. You will check commonly used items like tv controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also check to ensure the property has all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs in the event that you detect one during an inspection. You will communicate large maintenance repairs, and other important findings, to the respective departments upon completion of your inspection.
SIGN-ON BONUS
This position is eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus.
- $125 will be paid on your first paycheck.
- $125 will be paid after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
Bonus payments are subject to standard payroll taxes and require the employee to be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout.
