Vacation Homes of Hilton Head is a luxury property management company that manages homes on Hilton Head for short-term rental.
We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work with a fast growing company. You must be highly energetic and organized. You must have experience in “handyman work” and guest relations. You must be professional, able to self-task, and see jobs through to the end with no details missed. Experience in the vacation rental business is a plus. Experience in property management industry a must. Must be able to start immediately (no more than 2 weeks*). This position is full time.

Job Requirements:
1. Competent written and verbal communication skills
2. Must own a smart phone and have basic computer skills
3. Must be able to work a rotating schedule (Saturdays and Sundays required seasonally), 40-hours per week, 2 days off per week
4. Knowledge in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry
5. Must be able to do essential physical requirements of this position
6. Must be able to prioritize and complete arrival inspection and departure inspection worksheets
7. Must be able to organize/facilitate outside vendor appointments
8. Demonstrate customer service in order to help set our company apart from others
9. Responsible for identifying and reporting all major repairs and/or damages
10. Must have clean driving history and be able to pass a background check
