- Verify the validity of purchases and confirm accuracy with customers
- Obtain all required signatures and ensure proper documentation for internal compliance
- Follow up with customers on missed payments or documentation issues
- Maintain accurate logs of all interactions and updates in the Sales System
- Participate in ongoing customer service and compliance training
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior timeshare experience preferred
- Knowledge of timeshare products, legal documents, escrow procedures, and basic sales techniques
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and in-house software systems
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
