What You’ll Do
Lead Strategic Operations
- Partner with the COO to translate big-picture strategy into clear, actionable plans.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that shape executive decision-making.
- Oversee strategic initiatives spanning Operations, Finance, IT, Marketing, and HR.
- Bridge communication between property-level operations and corporate leadership.
- Manage special projects on behalf of the COO, ensuring alignment, progress, and transparency.
- Evaluate and enhance enterprise systems to boost scalability and efficiency.
- Champion technology-driven automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Track KPIs and dashboards to assess operational health and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver actionable insights that support agile decision-making.
- Champion organizational transformation and adoption of new initiatives.
- Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and guest-centric service.
- Support communication and engagement efforts for company-wide rollouts.

- 10 years of progressive experience in business operations, hospitality, or corporate strategy.
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools) and process improvement.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
