Were currently seeking a Room Control team member to join our resort operations. In this vital role, youll help manage room assignments, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth check-in experience. Youll also monitor room inventory, respond to online guest inquiries, and support our Front Desk and Reservations teams with precision and professionalism.
What Youll Do:
- Manage room assignments for all pending and last-minute reservations
- Collaborate with Front Desk and Reservations to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor room inventory and communicate occupancy updates to management
- Identify and report potential overbooking or availability issues
- Respond to guest messages and reviews across online travel platforms
- Maintain accuracy in documentation, reports, and system entries
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest service needs as required
- Provide professional, courteous communication with both guests and team members
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years of front office experience; resort or timeshare background preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently or as part of a team
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
