Your Impact
- Manage and optimize network, server, and cloud infrastructure to ensure uptime, security, and performance across Vacatia properties
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and support business operations across multiple locations
- Implement scalable solutions across networking, endpoint management, and virtualization environments
- Own IT service delivery by responding to helpdesk needs, improving processes, and maintaining SLA standards
- Champion best practices in system security, documentation, and infrastructure reliability
- 3–5 years of experience in network and systems administration in a Windows-focused environment
- Proven track record of maintaining and improving infrastructure performance, reliability, and security
- Strength in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Microsoft Intune
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across teams
- Experience in hospitality, multi-site operations, or fast-paced environments preferred
