Your Impact
Design compelling marketing assets across email, print, digital, and on-property channels that align with brand standards and business goals.
Partner with marketing, CRM, and cross-functional teams to translate campaign strategies into cohesive, high-performing creative solutions.
Create user-friendly, responsive email campaigns and digital experiences that enhance engagement and usability.
Develop print and on-property materials that clearly communicate information while elevating the guest and owner experience.
Apply a user-first mindset to simplify complex information and continuously improve clarity, accessibility, and effectiveness across communications.
What You Bring
5–7 years of experience in marketing, graphic, or digital design.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative across email, digital, and print channels in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strength in visual design, layout hierarchy, responsive design, and user experience best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual solutions.
Experience In Hospitality, Travel, Or Lifecycle Marketing Environments Preferred.
