Were currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our resort team. In this key leadership role, youll oversee and perform maintenance tasks that keep our resort facilities in top condition. Youll ensure that all systems, equipment, and spaces are safe, functional, and welcominghelping deliver the exceptional guest experience were known for.
What Youll Do:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and support a skilled team of technicians
- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment servicing across the property
- Inspect resort facilities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management to coordinate maintenance priorities
- Maintain organized logs, reports, and compliance documentation
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with professionalism and care
- Lead by examplemaintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and enhance guest satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of maintenance or facilities management experience (resort or timeshare preferred)
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
