- Lead and manage a team of brand ambassadors, ensuring consistent execution of guest engagement strategies.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with sales and marketing goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize guest engagement and conversions.
- Champion teamwork and a positive culture, setting the standard for excellence in guest-facing interactions.
- Minimum one year experience in lead generation or sales
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Demonstrated exceptional proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, genuine empathy, and a customer-centric approach
- Flexible availability is required: Must include weekends, with the potential for holidays and extended hours
- Unrestricted Driver’s License and the ability to travel to multiple locations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in identifying practical issues, reviewing pertinent information, and developing, evaluating, and implementing solutions
- Physical capacity to lift, bend, and carry up to 40 lbs comfortably for setup and breakdown tasks.
