Your Impact

• Conduct proactive outreach and communicate clearly with owners to identify and resolve delinquency causes. Recommend and negotiate effective mitigation solutions, including repayment plans and loan modifications.
• Ensure all activities comply with federal/state regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Monitor cases closely, collaborate with management on approvals, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Identify early intervention opportunities to protect both the owner’s interests and Vacatia’s portfolio integrity.
  
  

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in lending, collections, credit, or loss mitigation is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with loan servicing systems and common computer applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
