- Process and review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Vacatia’s policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of ownership agreements.
- Identify discrepancies or potential issues and proactively resolve them to maintain smooth workflows.
- Maintain organized records and track metrics related to contract processing and performance.
- Champion teamwork and cross-functional support, contributing to an efficient and reliable contract management process.
- 1 years of experience in contracts administration, document management, or a related role, preferably in timeshare, hospitality, or real estate.
- Proven track record of accurate, timely contract processing and attention to detail.
- Strength in organization, communication, and problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, follow procedures meticulously, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with CRM or contract management systems preferred.
