Salesforce Developer W Data migration Background (REMOTE :: W2 ONLY)

Seeking a Salesforce Admin/Developer with 5-7 years of experience to lead the consolidation of data from two legacy systems into a single Salesforce org. This role includes supporting EMR data migration, managing HubSpot integration, and taking full ownership of the Salesforce platform post-migration.

Responsibilities:

Migrate and consolidate data from two systems into Salesforce.

Support EMR data migration and ensure accurate mapping and validation.

Manage and optimize HubSpot-Salesforce data flows.

Absorb existing platform architecture and maintain ongoing configuration and automations.

Perform core admin duties: user management, security, reporting, and workflow automation.

Develop and enhance custom solutions (Apex, Flows, Lightning).

Provide troubleshooting, documentation, and user support.

Requirements:

5-7 years of Salesforce administration and or development experience.

Strong data migration background (Data Loader, ETL tools).

Experience with HubSpot integration; healthcareEMR data is a plus.

Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, automation, and security.
