- Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain integration and automation solutions using C#, SQL, APIs, ETL tools, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Build and support integrations using APIs, C#, .NET, SFTP, Workday EIB/Studio, and custom ETL processes.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data processes supporting finance, payroll, and HR operations.
- Create automated workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD), Power Automate Cloud Flows, and SQL-driven ETL pipelines.
- Support low-code automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Implement and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, authentication methods, and data exchange processes.
- Troubleshoot integration, automation, SQL, payroll, finance, and cross-platform data issues.
- Support operational monitoring, issue resolution, and reliability of enterprise application integrations and workflows.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support HR, payroll, finance, and ERP-related processes.
- Process and transform data formats including JSON, XML, CSV, Excel, and PDF files.

- Strong experience with SQL Server, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.
- Experience developing integrations and automation solutions using C#, .NET, APIs, and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including EIB, Studio, APIs, or related tools.
- Experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and authentication methods such as OAuth and token-based authentication.
- Experience supporting finance, payroll, HR, or ERP-related systems and workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in integration and automation environments.
