Responsibilities:

Process and verify all paperwork required for vehicle titling and registration for new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade transactions

Accurately submit title documents through Web Dealer and ensure timely completion of all DMV-related tasks

Review titling schedules weekly and make corrections or issue refunds as needed

Track incoming titles and research any missing or delayed titles

Maintain compliance with state and federal title regulations and documentation requirements

Provide administrative and accounting support to management and other departments as needed

Maintain confidentiality of all financial and customer information

Assist with general dealership accounting duties when required

- 1–2 years of automotive title clerk experience required
- Web Dealer experience required
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
