Qualifications
- Proficiency in Healthcare Informatics, Health IT Systems, and Project Management methodologies
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Workflow Optimization, and Technology Integration
- Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance, Regulatory Standards, and HIPAA regulations
- Effective Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making capabilities, with the ability to handle complex, cross-functional projects
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Healthcare IT (e.g., HIT Pro) is a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting, particularly with veterans, is advantageous
