Associate Chief Nurse (ACN) - Rehab & Long-Term Care (RLTC): Vancouver, WA

As the ACN for RLTC, you will:
- Provide senior leadership & oversight for daily clinical & administrative operations across RLTC programs
- Champion High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles, fostering a culture of safety, systems thinking, & continuous improvement
- Drive interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality, Veteran centered care
- Engage with Veterans, families, staff & community partners to promote excellence in care delivery
- Contribute to the development of standards, policies, & strategic goals that elevate nursing practices & outcomes
- Report directly to Chief of Staff & collaborate closely with the Deputy Director for Patient Care Services
